SALES OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

LOCATION: Petaluma, CA

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of work experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage time efficiently, and meet shifting deadlines

  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves & take on any task

  • Proficient with Mac, Gmail & able to learn new systems/programs quickly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the day to day sales operations of a growing socially-responsible e-commerce business

  • Pack, ship and track shipments to customers, press, and designers

  • Prepare customer orders by stuffing pillows, handwriting notes, packing boxes to brand standards, preparing shipments via online system, organizing pickups

  • Receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming product shipments

  • Maintain organization of inventory, supplies & studio/showroom space

  • Add new products to website including written descriptions & images

  • Miscellaneous tasks to keep sales operations running smoothly

AVAILABILITY: 10-15 hours per week, flexible hours
